Hayley Orantia is American actress, musician and singer. The most famous of her roles can be Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," the comedy television show. But, she is mostly as a musician. Music is the first passion that she insists on; it's something she's dabbled in since she was only 9 years old. After she turned 12 years old, music was taken seriously enough, that she started formal training. The year 2013 saw her take the plunge into songwriting and made her first album. It hasn't turned back ever since. Orrantia is of Hispanic origins, but was born in the USA. She's proud of her reality that she is a native of Hispanic roots, although she was raised speaking English only and never lived in Mexico. To preserve the tradition, she's studied Spanish and created songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte", a Spanish-language song which she recorded can be a perfect example. Orrantia was a contestant on The X Factor during its debut season in the summer of 2011. The Orrantia's YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses", or votes, from the judges at the Seattle audition. The first time she was auditioning for soloist, she along with three female singers were grouped together for the remaining auditions in "Hollywood Week". Live shows were staged in the fifth week.
