Sara Ramirez
Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American singer, actress and songwriter. She was raised by her mother and her father, in USA. Her childhood was filled with racist taunts and felt unloved. Her confidence began to grow during the 9th grade, when she appeared in an audition. She was praised for her performance. This not only increased her confidence, but also her goals transformed. She attended New York's Julliard School at the age of 22. In 1993 she had her Broadway debut with Paul Simon's The Capeman. Her first film was You've Got Mail. The character of The Lad of The Lake is her biggest break, earning her an award called the Tony Award in addition to praise from critics for her role. In the following year, when she was Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy on ABC the show, she received more appreciation. Also, she is a well-known singer and has produced an extended show. Also, she's an activist and fights for LGBT rights.
